Return Policy

If you are looking to return or exchange your online order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

You may return your new and unused item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery/receipt.

To initiate an exchange or refund please complete the following steps:

• Contact us via email to arrange for a return/exchange authorization.
• Quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return or exchange, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
• Shipping and customs/tax fees associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend returning products to be sent by way of registered or trackable delivery. 

We will send you notification of having received and inspected your returned/exchanged item, as well as notify you of your refund.
